Drawing on experience from events like Chaos Communication Camp and Fusion Festival, the project explores how to move from temporary event infrastructure toward a permanent, shared commons. Alte Hölle will serve as the venue for DWeb Camp in July 2026. This talk provides an early look at the space and the ideas behind it.
